Program name: Alfred
Alfred is an SMS-based lead response and qualification service used by licensed real estate agents. When you submit a lead capture form on a real estate agent's website that is powered by Alfred, you will receive SMS messages from that agent's dedicated phone number. These messages may include an initial response to your inquiry, qualification questions about your real estate needs, follow-up messages, and scheduling links.
By submitting a form powered by Alfred or by replying to any SMS message sent through Alfred, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Alfred Privacy Policy available at https://alfredre.app/privacy.
By submitting a form powered by Alfred, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from the real estate agent associated with that form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on your level of engagement and the agent's follow-up sequence. You may receive up to several messages per week during active conversations, with reduced frequency over a 30-day follow-up period if you do not respond.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alfred and the real estate agent are not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving or sending SMS messages.
Alfred supports all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply HELP to any SMS message you receive through Alfred to get information about the messaging program and contact details for support. You may also contact us at any time at support@alfredre.app.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number from that agent. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.
The Alfred messaging program is available only to individuals located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who own or control the mobile phone number submitted through a lead capture form.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form powered by Alfred. You represent that the phone number you provide belongs to you and that you have the authority to consent to receive SMS messages at that number.
Alfred is a software service provided by Skymont Holdings LLC. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skymont Holdings LLC and the real estate agents using Alfred are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to delayed messages, undelivered messages, or carrier-related issues.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the messaging service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
