Your information is shared with the real estate agent whose widget or form you submitted. That agent uses Alfred to manage their lead pipeline.

3. SMS Consent

By submitting a form powered by Alfred, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from the real estate agent associated with that form. These messages may include:

• An initial response to your real estate inquiry
• Qualification questions to understand your needs
• Follow-up messages and reminders
• Scheduling links or next-step information

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only with the real estate agent whose form you submitted. We may also share data with trusted service providers who help us operate Alfred, including:

• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Anthropic — AI-powered lead qualification
• Supabase — secure data storage

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

6. Data Retention

Your information is retained for as long as the real estate agent maintains an active account with Alfred. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.
